Exhibition Space Rental

The minimum stand area- 12 m²
The maximum stand in line area is 12 sq.m (by 2 m deep stand), 21 sq.m (by 3 m deep stand) and 32 sq.m (by 4 m deep stand)
The minimum two-side open stand area is 24 sq.m
The minimum three-side open stand area is 40 sq.m
The minimum stand island area is 120 sq.m

Floor Space Only

The rental charge for exhibition space in accordance with type of the exhibition space and the hall is:
70, 73, 75, 78 Eur for 1 sq.m (prices are excluded 18 % VAT).
This charge includes organization of the Fair, extensive promotion to attract visitors, general lighting, cleaning of the walkways. The exhibition space does not include any equipment, furniture, and electricity.

Prices are excluded 18 % VAT

Attention! The Organiser provides cleaning of gangways and only. Exhibitor has to employ his own cleaning staff or order it from the Organiser.

Booth Exhibition Space

The min booth exhibition space apart all general services includes the standard stand equipment:
- exhibition system, demarcation walls, 2.5 m high, white colour,
- carpet cover,
- 1 socket 220V/1kW,
- 1 spot light every 3 sq. m,
- company name in standard type (up to 20 signs),
- 1 table,
- 3 plastic chairs,
- for each additional 18 sq. m Exhibitor will obtain 1 table, 3 chairs,
- the standard stand will be cleaned at the evening of each exhibition day.

Stand-island is not provided with standard stand equipment!

Open-Air Space

This is the exhibition space on the grounds of exhibition centre
