Exhibitor may cancel his application for participation before 16 August, 2010. Exhibitor shall inform the Organizer about such a decision in writing (by registered mail). In this case, paid registration fee shall not be returned. Having refused to participate in the Trade Fair and having informed the Organizer about it in writing (by registered mail) before 02 September, 2010, the Exhibitor shall pay the Organizer 30% of price for participation. After the expiry of the term or in case of a no-show at the Trade Fair, the Exhibitor shall have no right to terminate the contract and shall pay the entire price for participating (100%) in the Trade Fair.
